PlayDen Organiser Policy

1. Who can be an organiser

Any verified PlayDen player may apply to become an organiser. Each application is reviewed by the PlayDen admin team. Approval is granted at PlayDen's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for policy violations.

2. Your responsibilities

• Run tournaments fairly. Apply your published rules consistently.
• Pay out prizes promptly and exactly as advertised.
• Protect participant data. Never share Room IDs, passwords, or personal information outside the platform.
• Keep your wallet funded. PlayDen does not advance prize money on your behalf.
• Respond to participant queries within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Team and roles

As Super Admin you are accountable for everything your team does on your organiser's behalf. You may add members by their PlayDen UID and assign one of: Admin, Manager, Points Manager, or ID & Pass Manager. You are responsible for revoking access when a member leaves your team.

4. Wallet, prize pools, and refunds

• Your organiser's wallet balance must cover the full prize pool before a tournament can be created.
• The amount is debited atomically when a tournament is created. The transaction log is auditable from your Settings → Wallet page.
• PlayDen may withhold funds if a complaint is raised pending investigation.

5. Prohibited behaviour

• Match fixing, collusion, or sharing match credentials before scheduled release.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind in announcements, community posts, or DMs.
• Sharing PlayDen player data with third parties.
• Bypassing the wallet system for off-platform payouts that displace PlayDen's tooling.

6. Suspension and removal

Violations may result in suspension of your organiser access, wallet freeze, tournament cancellation, or permanent removal. Severe breaches will be reported to platform safety partners.

7. Privacy

We process organiser data to operate the panel, run tournaments, and ensure safety. See the PlayDen Privacy Policy for full details. By creating an organiser account you consent to that processing.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the dashboard. Continuing to use the panel after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
