PlayDen Organiser Policy

Effective: 2026-05-21. Version 1.0.

1. Who can be an organiser

Any verified PlayDen player may apply to become an organiser. Each application is reviewed by the PlayDen admin team. Approval is granted at PlayDen's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for policy violations.

As Super Admin you are accountable for everything your team does on your organiser's behalf. You may add members by their PlayDen UID and assign one of: Admin, Manager, Points Manager, or ID & Pass Manager. You are responsible for revoking access when a member leaves your team.

6. Suspension and removal

Violations may result in suspension of your organiser access, wallet freeze, tournament cancellation, or permanent removal. Severe breaches will be reported to platform safety partners.

7. Privacy

We process organiser data to operate the panel, run tournaments, and ensure safety. See the PlayDen Privacy Policy for full details. By creating an organiser account you consent to that processing.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the dashboard. Continuing to use the panel after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
